New Sales Office Strengthens
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's Commitment to Quality Service
SUWANEE, Ga., November 30, 2007 - Mitsubishi
Electric HVAC Advanced Products Division, Suwanee, Ga., has
recently opened the southern zone sales office in Suwanee, Ga., to
support continued sales growth and provide quality customer
service.
The opening of the southern zone sales office demonstrates
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's commitment to providing distributors,
contractors and engineers with the best training and sales
information possible, no matter where they are based, according to
William Rau, senior vice president and general manager, Mitsubishi
Electric HVAC. The zone office is adjacent to Mitsubishi Electric
HVAC headquarters in Suwanee, Ga.
"Record sales growth has prompted us to open a new zone sales
office in the southern United States," says Rau. "This new office
will allow us to more effectively support and train our sales
staff, ensuring that our customers will have access to the best
service possible."
The southern zone sales office is home to the sales staff, design
engineers and zone manager. The design engineers working in the
office interact closely with customers specific to their zone and
become more directly involved with projects, ultimately providing
better customer service. Additionally, the zone office will host
meetings and training sessions with distributors, designers and
contractors.
The southern zone sales office opens on the heels of the western
zone sales office, which opened in Irvine, Calif., in August. The
western zone sales office also holds the Irvine Training Center
(ITC), which hosts CITY MULTI® VRFZ and Mr.
Slim® installation and service training courses, plus
other product information seminars.
The new zone sales office is located next door to the Atlanta
Training Center (ATC), which is housed within the company's
headquarters. Complete with a variety fully operational M- and
P-Series Mr. Slim and CITY MULTI systems, the ATC offers a
selection of training courses for contractors, engineers and
distributors across the country.
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC plans to open two more zone sales offices
next year for the central and northeastern regions of the country.
