Energy Efficient Tax Credit and Rebate
Enjoy pristine air like you've never experienced before.
Purchase a Mitsubishi Electric system and take advantage of the
benefits….allergen filtration…dramatic energy savings…and a federal
tax credit of up to $300 (on select systems).
Recently, the U.S. Congress passed a tax bill that extends the
new tax benefits for homeowners who upgrade HVAC components in
their homes. The new tax credit extension is in effect for all
qualifying systems and products installed in the 2011 calendar
year.
In addition, the 2011 tax credits have placed maximum amounts
that can be claimed for the various components of the HVAC system,
including $300 for an air conditioner or heat pump.

Many Mitsubishi Electric systems meet or exceed the energy
efficiency specifications of the Environmental Protection Agency's
ENERGY
STAR®program, thanks in part to our advanced
INVERTER-driven technology.
Our systems range in capacity and consist of cooling-only, heat
pump, and from two-,-three, -four and up to -eight room multi-zone
systems. Some of these same systems qualify for $300 in tax credits
as energy-efficient home improvements under the American Recovery
and Reinvestment Act.
There are also many state and local utility rebates that are
currently in effect around the country. The rebate program's
requirements vary from state to state and can be viewed by clicking
