John Gluszak Home

An image of the historic Gluszak English Tudor home.
The day the system was installed, I was walking from the garage to the house and saw the fan blades moving in the outdoor units. I thought it was the wind, but the units were actually in operation! I couldn’t believe it was so quiet!

When John Gluszak moved his family into a 1953 English Tudor home in Queens, New York, he promised his wife air conditioning. Five different contractors were invited to bid on the project; the winner offered ductless from Mitsubishi Electric. This system saved the Gluszaks from losing closet and attic space, and offered year-round comfort. Now even the neighbors stop by to ask about the Gluszaks’ super-quiet cooling and heating system! Download the PDF below to read more. You’ll hear from the homeowner and see photos of the home and equipment.
