Cooling & Heating Division. “For example, with the Diamond System Builder, we are identifying trends in products being specified and improving forecasting and inventory management, all of which benefit our distributors and ultimately their customers.”

Participants attended presentations from Mitsubishi Electric senior executives as well as discussion groups and breakout sessions. In addition to the application of technology, topics covered included product development reviews, marketing strategy and tactics and successful selling processes. Guest speakers also offered insightful presentations, including former U.S. Navy Commander and author Mike Abrashoff, and Toby Morrison, senior director of insights, at Metrostudy – a Hanley Wood company.
