Mitsubishi Electric Introduces Diamond Commercial Contractor℠ Program

SUWANEE, Georgia, May 30, 2017Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), a leading manufacturer of Zoned Comfort Solutions and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) cooling and heating systems, announces the launch of its Diamond Commercial ContractorSM Program. Through the program, Mitsubishi Electric establishes an elite network of professional, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking contractors in the commercial HVAC market.

Diamond Commercial Contractors possess deep product knowledge, expertise and experience with Mitsubishi Electric systems, as demonstrated by a series of eligibility requirements and qualifications. As a result, Diamond Commercial Contractors are particularly well-suited to represent CITY MULTI® products in design-build, retrofit and build-to-suit project applications.

To be considered for the Diamond Commercial Contractor program, a prospective contractor must be nominated by a Mitsubishi Electric distributor or manufacturer’s representative. Upon nomination, Mitsubishi Electric will review a prospective contractor’s application to determine if it meets the eligibility requirements, including, but not limited to, satisfactory completion of Mitsubishi Electric training courses, adherence to the Diamond Commercial Contractor Code of Conduct and other requirements. Benefits of membership in the Diamond Commercial Contractor program include, but are not limited to, priority listing on MitsubishiPro.com, permission to display the Diamond Commercial Contractor logo, priority access to technical service phone support line, access to third-party commercial leasing/financing options, extended warranty plans and access to a 2-year labor warranty for CITY MULTI® systems.
