Chandler City Hall is a mixed-use facility catering to the community of Chandler, Arizona, and serves as an icon of design and sustainability. The 137,000-square-foot civic center campus includes 17 electrical room and nine data closets – all of which required a high-performance HVAC system that could handle the constant heat gain produced by the electric equipment while also helping the city meet its energy reduction goals. The answer: VRF from Mitsubishi Electric.
