Understanding Zoned Comfort Solution® Costs

Because each system is designed to meet the unique needs of a home and its owners, no two systems, nor their costs, are exactly the same. Here is a general guide to what a system will cost.

HOW SYSTEM COSTS ARE ESTIMATED

It might sound pretty straightforward — connect an outdoor unit to the indoor units with some piping and you’re up and running. In reality, our Zoned Comfort Systems have some pretty sophisticated equipment that helps us provide you with the comfort and energy efficiency you deserve. Even though every home’s costs will be unique, we can give you some general costs for each type of system. Here is a general guide to better understand what a system will cost.

NUMBER OF ZONES

You could need to just heat and/or cool a single room or multiple rooms in your home.
COST OF LABOR

Geography and complexity of your system can result in a wide range of costs.
DUCTED OR DUCTLESS

If you choose a ducted system, additional labor and material costs may be required if your home does not already have ductwork in place.
ELECTRICAL WORK

Updating and upgrading your home's electrical panel may be required to meet the demands of adding a ductless heat pump.
