Paul and Marion Lynch purchased and renovated a 1960s single-story ranch home in College Park, Ga., to be within walking distance of their son, Corbett Lunsford, and his family. Corbett, host of the Home Diagnosis TV show and a home performance expert, pitched in to help them decommission the home’s 20-year-old gas furnace/coil combo and replace the system with a single electric, all-climate heat pump solution.

Corbett chose to install a Mitsubishi Electric system because he approved of the brand’s rigorous research and development processes, proving the heat pump solution’s ability to operate 24/7 to improve circulation, control moisture and reduce static pressure in the ducts of the older home. The family now enjoys reliable, year-round indoor comfort.
