Cloverleaf Court

We wanted to take this project and use it as a model for what truly matters in a high-performance home: what’s behind the walls, the kind of heating system, the energy-efficiency and the long-term durability.

Plans for a new development of six energy-efficient, high-performance homes in Victor, Idaho, called for HVAC systems that could hold up against cold, northwest winters without compromising efficiency. The project team utilized Zoned Comfort Solutions® from Mitsubishi Electric paired with kumo cloud® wireless interfaces to offer homeowners comfort, control and cost savings. The full Case Study offers perspectives from the architects, HVAC contractor and builder, as well as photos of the home and equipment used. Download the PDF below to read more.
