Vail EarthCraft Platinum House

Vail EarthCraft Platinum House
Having lived in homes with forced heating and air systems, Lisa and I knew that we didn’t want to deal with poor indoor air quality from dirty ducts and the suffocating hot, dry air provided by a natural gas heater.

Lisa and George Vail designed their dream home in Roswell, Georgia. Part of that dream was achieving both EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR® certifications, which ultimately meant building a sustainable, energy-efficient home. When it came to cooling and heating their new home, the Vails knew Mitsubishi Electric ductless offered extreme energy efficiency with no reduction in comfort. Download the PDF below to read more. You’ll hear from the homeowners, architect and contractor, and see photos of the home and equipment.
