A new app is coming soon! Unfortunately, your wireless adapter will not be compatible with the new app and will stop working in December, 2024. Don't worry, you can upgrade your wireless adapter by following these instructions.

Contact your contractor
Contact a local Diamond Contractor® to schedule a date to replace the wireless adapter on your indoor unit(s).
Wireless adapters are installed
Once the wireless interfaces are installed on your indoor unit(s), you are able to continue using the kumo cloud® app.
Download new comfort app
Once the new comfort app is released, you can download from your smartphone app store.
