As Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at METUS, Takeshi Ishibashi is the liaison between METUS and overseas HVAC operations, including all factories. He leads the annual, mid- and long-term business planning, production and factory pricing strategies.

As Chief Financial Officer, Shane Lawrence, CPA, provides financial guidance to the senior leadership team and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling METUS’ financial-related activities. He leads strategic goal-setting, and is responsible for establishing clear governance for financial reporting and auditing.

We expanded our strength as a company by entering a 50/50 joint venture with Trane Technologies plc in 2018 to become Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS). We provide innovative solutions capable of heating and cooling any application, from homes to large commercial buildings.
