The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured on a scale of 0 (best) to 150 (worst). It can tell you where you can make modifications to your home for greater energy savings. When selling your home, a low HERS® Index Score can command a higher resale price. And when you’re buying a home you can anticipate the costs of energy bills and efficiency upgrades.

Feature (Air Quality)

Cleaner air is supported with three filters: the Nano Platinum filter, the Deodorizing filter, and the Electrostatic anti-allergy enzyme filter. These filters are designed to neutralize common air contaminants and deodorize while continuously circulating the air. The filters are washable and last up to 10 years, which saves you money on maintenance.
