SINGLE-ZONE UNIVERSAL AIR CONDITIONER (PUY)

The PUY Universal Air Conditioner is a single-zone outdoor unit compatible with five different indoor unit types in a 1-to-1 configuration. This high-efficiency air conditioner is compatible with the PKA Wall-mounted Indoor Unit, PLA Four-way Ceiling Cassettes, PVA Multi-position Air Handlers, PCA Ceiling-suspended Indoor Unit, and PEAD Mid Static intelli-AIR™ Ducted Solutionss. The PUY is ideal for long-line installations and low ambient cooling applications (down to -40°F outdoor air temperature). A seacoast protective coating is optional.

Heat Pump

SINGLE-ZONE UNIVERSAL HEAT PUMP (PUZ)

The PUMY Heat Pump is a single-phase heat pump system ideal for light commercial or large residential applications. Featuring best-in-class efficiency ratings and ENERGY STAR® qualification, PUMY systems are designed to deliver operational cost savings and long-time performance to a homeowner or building owner. It uses the CITY MULTI® Controls Network (CMCN) to cool or heat up to 12 individual zones with a choice of indoor unit styles. Seacoast protection coating is optional.

Hyper-Heating Heat Pump

SINGLE-ZONE UNIVERSAL HYPER-HEATING HEAT PUMP (PUZ-HA)

Our unique Flash Injection circuit achieves remarkably high heating performance in the PUZ-HA outdoor Hyper-heating heat pump. This technology has resulted in excellent heating capacity ratings in outdoor temperatures as low as 5° F. The guaranteed heating operation range of the heating mode extends to -13° F. The Flash Injection circuit improves start-up and recovery from the defrosting operation. The defrost operation control improves the required defrost frequency. These features enable the temperature to reach the set point fast and contribute to maintaining the desired setting.
