Frank Moreno, Owner of Mini Split King and an Elite Diamond Contractor, shared what drives his commitment to the trade.

“The most valuable and inspiring part of building a career in the HVAC industry for me is joining my brothers in the family business after I retired from the military and learning a great trade. I am awed and humbled by the Greatest Generation, trading their military boots for work boots when they got home and building the greatest nation in the world. Getting to work with my family to help other families, since HVAC is a necessity in Texas, is a great honor. This is an industry that requires ongoing education and growth – it’s an awesome challenge,” said Moreno.

That passion for growth and service resonates throughout the industry. David Brown, Owner of Comfort Source HVAC and an Elite Diamond Contractor, reflected on his own journey, which began right out of high school.

“Looking back, now as an HVAC business owner for almost 20 years, I realize all of the valuable lessons, experiences, and blessings that my journey in this trade has provided me. The most fulfilling part of my career has been witnessing and helping to facilitate the growth of all the wonderful folks I have on my team.”
